"Pete did an excellent job on our annual clean and check up for our mini-split ductless system."

"I called Viscarello Plumbing and Heating when I had a leaking water heater. Chris looked at the job and recommended a very efficient tankless water heater. I decided to make the investment. Chris and crew installed my tankless. Now, showers never run cold-hot water on demand. I use less water- warms water up so much quicker in my 110y/o house. In July, with tankless system running sinks, shower and washer, my gas bill was $20! I also really like the way the tankless was mounted on the wall. We gained more space without the old water heater in the way. Best of all- nice neat work, no leaks and no mess. Since then, Viscarello Plumbing has plumbed my new kitchen, laundry room, replaced old pipes and replaced radiator valves. Rates are average-but work is above average."

"Joe is promt, efficient, and well priced. Turn around time was great! I had multiple plumbers noshow. Joe did estimate quickly. Worked out details and made accommodations quickly and finished the jobs ahead of time. Did multiple faucet replacement. Toilet repairs. New sump pump."

"Spencer will, without question, exceed your expectations, particularly if youâ ve ever dealt with a contractor. Spencer Home Services repaired a failed heating system for me in a unit that I rent out. Every other outfit I called (at least 4 North Shore operators) was too busy, quoted a ridiculous price, or gave me ranges of times a day or two out to get a first look.. I get that heat problems happen in winter, but it is a true professional that is responsive AND follows through.. Peter came out, assessed the situation and impressed me w/ his experience, acumen and old school values. Rich and Reese made a sizable task seem like no big deal. Super respectful-that this was someoneâ s house without heat, not a job. Sheila was a delight to deal with in the office.. Everybody else told me it might take a week or more to complete, and they preyed somewhat on my sympathy for timeline flexibility. With Peter and company, it was one call and a major heat repair was DONE in a few hours. Responsive like Iâ ve never known, theyâ re experts with old school values, Youâ ll be pleasantly surprised by hiring Spencer Home Services."

"Steven showed up and was able to repair our AC after two years of multiple repair companies that could not help. Everyone else said we had to replace when Steven was able to determine that it just needed a quick repair. He was professional and so pleasant. English is not our first language but he was so patient with us. Highly recommend!"

"Had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe, in tight quarters. Found Doug on the internet, he picked up the call. Told me he'd call me back to discuss that evening... and actually did (a rarity). Had me text pictures and based on those figured out the approach and said he'd come the next day. Came when he said he would and fixed the problem inside of an hour. Pricing was absolutely reasonable. Was happy to chat about a couple of other potential projects I had. In a world where it's difficult to find reliable skilled trades, I have nothing but the highest recommendation for Doug."

"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"

"The technician and electrician were both very respectful, knowledgeable, provided all options, were open and honest about why they recommend the service chosen, helped in obtaining the financial services, walked me through the entire process. The technician went above and beyond making sure the. After the water heater install was completed he performed a safety inspection on my heating system, cleaned the debris from the flute into the chimney, made a few tweaks here and there to make sure my system was performed to his satisfaction. I was extremely appreciative of his care, concern and professionalism."
