"The technician was extremely courteous and professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and not only cleared the clogged drain line but also repaired/replaced the shoddy work that was done by the plumber from my home warranty company, which I dropped right after that. The technician, Seth, did a great job and quickly as well. I’ve put Direct Services Plumbing and Drain Inc. into my contacts because of this great experience I had."

"I wish that they at least look through a camera to see what was clogging the drain. The team was nice, polite, and clean. But, the cost was a bit too much for just running the snake through the pipe, and not knowing the root cause of the problem. They need a camera!"

"The Plumber was very efficient and professional. I was happy with his efforts and his personal manner with me. He answered my questions and left me having unclogged the outside drain."

"Gray water was packing up into our sink. We called Benjamin Franklin, requesting emergency service. Jamie showed up 30 minutes later. Extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable, he quickly identified that we had a blockage in our gray water line and our gutter overflow. He was able to identify both lines underground and meticulously removed all the debris. Both lines were up and flowing within 30 minutes. Amazing! Benjamin Franklin is a great company with professional services from start to finish! Highly recommend!"

"Jason (and his crew) are wonderful! They installed a tankless hot water heater for me (moving locations from the old tank water heater). They got the job done quickly, for a fair price and communicated with me through the whole process. I then hired them to do a shower tear out and install. It turned out gorgeous and the quality of work was outstanding! Super efficient and fairly priced. And the cleanest I have ever had a job left, even on demo day everything was super clean. From someone who has hired 100+ contractors over the years I would say they are top notch and would highly recommend."

"Our home was built in 1968 and has a very, very small crawl space. Prior to purchasing in 2014, there was a high moisture content noted by a home inspector and on the CL-100 that was not mitigated correctly by the previous owner. After moving in and recognizing there was still an issue, we had Clemson Extension come and inspect our crawl space, as well as three other basement/foundation companies. None of the other inspections were as thorough or complete as the one we got from Paul at Crawl Space Medic. Not only was he able to more thoroughly diagnose our issues under the house (which were many), but he explained the steps for mitigation, never tried to sell us anything that we did not need, and worked with us as each issue arose. First, the Crawl Space Medic crew had to excavate the entire crawl space of our home, which they did in the worst cold snap of the year. Regardless of the horrible working conditions, they were there early, stayed late, were respectful of our home at all times, and stayed on schedule despite the hardships of weather. Once the excavation was done and the full extent of the damages we were facing was assessed, we worked with Jon and Paul on developing the best game plan to repair the damage to our foundation and mitigating our moisture control issues. In fact, the french drain/sump pump was a line item on our estimate until they were 100% sure that it was needed. When the french drain was installed, they made sure that it drains inconspicuously and does not flood our landscaping every time it rains, which is a truly professional installation. Once we began work on the major repairs to the house, which included tearing the floor out of a bathroom for much of their project, they made sure our house was kept neat, that we were not inconvenienced as home owners, and that our repairs were done correctly and thoroughly. Every day, they let me know when they would arrive and when they left, and also let me know what time to expect them the next morning. Since we had to essentially replace an entire bathroom, they coordinated with our schedule and with our contractor on scheduling their portion of the work with the rest of our renovation. They made what could have been a horrible experience much easier!

I would not have anyone else handle my foundation and crawl space repairs. We have had other contractors under the house, and we have gone under the house, since Crawl Space Medic's crew completed their work and everyone is impressed with the quality of the repairs. This was an extremely difficult job which they did beyond all expectations. In addition, after having other similar contractors come out and try to sell me on systems that we don't need and on remedies that would not work, Crawl Space addressed the elements of our problem individually, didn't try to sell me on anything we did not need, and went above and beyond on the quality of their repair. Other contractors simply marry new wood to existing to repair foundations - Crawl Space Medic actually removed all the damaged materials and put in new materials under our house.

I highly, highly recommend Crawl Space Medic. Their entire team is beyond professional, and quite simply, they are the best in the business, bar none. I will not buy another home without letting them inspect my crawl space, and if we should need their services again, they are the only company I will ever call!"

"My family came home Friday night to discover that our septic tank was backing up into our showers. We called every septic tank draining company in the area and we either got voicemail (they were closed), or they didn't come out as far as my house. The earliest I could get someone to commit to was Tuesday (remember, it was a Friday night). I had already called two of the companies Angi recommended. Southeast Plumbing and Gas was the third. Even though septic draining is not normally one of the jobs that this company does, they agreed to come out and save the day for us (in the middle of the night!!). Bryan, the owner, not only drained our tank, but he also repaired and redesigned our septic line for better flow and installed a clean out valve. We are in a better position now than we were when we bought the house!"

"My drain line was clogged which was making my ceiling leak. They came out and got it all taken care of less than an hour after I called. I've used them before and had nothing but good results. I would recommend them to anyone!"
