"This company came to replace the glass in a double pane bay window because the gas seal round it leaked and was unable to see through it. The glass was replaced, paid $600 for the new glass. A month or so after the installation there was condensation build up inside the double glass. Callled the company, and was told they would correct the problem, if not able to they would refund our $600. Needless to say we had gotten every excuse and then weâ re told they donâ t remember doing a job at my home !! Never got a $$ back either.. But I would like to know if they were never hear at all, then why is there a picture of the front of my home on their website as soon as you download it, and the same picture on their photo gallery of work they have done?? I have filed with the Suffolk County Dept of Consumer Affairs !! FG Window Repair had and has avoided out calls to them !"

"TO OFTEN PEOPLE ARE TOO QUICK TO COMPLAIN AND NOT TO PRAISE. WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT MAJOR HOMES EXCEPT THAT THEIR WORK WAS GREAT, QUICK AND EFFICIENT, AND EXTREMELY NEAT. ANTHONY TOLD ME THE JOB WOULD TAKE ABOUT FOUR HOURS AND THATâ  S EXCACTLY WHAT IT TOOK. ANTONY, THE PROJECT MANAGER WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING, REALLY KNEW HIS STUFF, HELPED ME TO INSTALL MY RING DOORBELL AND MY NEW MAILBOX AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. HIS CREW WAS NICE, POLITE AND WORKED EXTREMELY HARD IN THE SWELTERING HEAT. IT WAS REFRESHING TO WORK WITH THIS CONTRACTOR AFTER THE HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THE LAST CONTRACTOR THAT DID WORK FOR ME. "The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."
