"I hired these guys based on a referral from a good friend after my usual plumber bailed on the job (didn't show up). Russel Cahill (owner) called me on a Sunday. Since I had already been without water for 48 hours and had some work commitments, we scheduled the job for Tuesday morning between 8 and 8:30
They showed up later than initially expected at 9:30  but had notified me at 8:30 that  they had to pick up a tool from a diff job site and when they would be there by 9:30 - which seemed completely reasonable to me.
Total work time was 1 hr 15 minutes (2 plumbers - Russel himself and another guy) which was much faster than I expected. A similar issue happened with my neighbors line located 1 foot away and it took at least 4 hours end-to-end with the single plumber contracted for the job. So given that reference point, this was lightning quick.
Russel and his partner were clearly experienced in addressing this sort of issue. They were able to explain the mechanics of how they were fixing the problem fairly credibly (I'm an engineer and can easily call b*******) 
Water's back on. Price was good. 
I would definitely rely on them again or recommend them to friends for similar problems.

"After speaking with me, Tracy realized I was very upset about the situation, and had Rick call me to better understand my concerns and the facts of the situation.  I told him what had been done by the other company, and the information they gave me about the results of their inspection.  

Rick treated my concerns with great empathy and concern, and told me that in his experience the situation probably was not as dire as I thought.  He said he would have two of his folks come out the next morning to re-do the inspection and determine if a replacement was required.  Just speaking with him over the phone calmed my fears, and gave me the feeling that everything would turn out alright.  It was like talking with your big brother who you could always count on to take care of a difficult situation you found yourself in.  

It turned out the owner of the original company was at my house an hour after a call I made to them before contacting Aces Four.  They re-did the inspection and found, as Rick had surmised....that the line was fine, the dip in the line was minor, and they saw no issues that would require the line to be replaced.  

I will rely on Aces Four for my future plumbing, sewer, and water line needs from now on.  I thank Tracy and Rick for their concern and quick response to my situation.  They clearly care about their customers, and will do their utmost to provide outstanding services to anyone who calls them for help."

After the water mitigation and decontamination was complete, we needed to repair/restore the damaged areas. "The Plumbing Joint was easy to schedule and was on-time in arriving and the plumbers who showed up were polite and professional. However, their leak detection and problem solving skills were lacking. I had the Plumbing Joint come out twice for the same issue. The first plumber spent 15 minutes and determined that the leak was under the slab of the house and that I'd need to get a leak detection specialist out to find it. I contacted the recommended leak specialist who came out and quickly determined that the leak was not under the slab and commented that the plumber should have been able to determine this because the rate of the leak based on the meter did not represent such an issue. The second plumber from the Plumbing Joint came out and he was a bit more thorough, but ultimately he declared that I did not have a leak despite the water on my floor appearing regularly over several weeks. After another week of cleaning up water and having water re-appear I called The Plumbing Joint and asked if they wanted a 3rd attempt to come fix the issue at their expense before I wrote my review. I was told that would require manager approval and they would call me back. There was no call-back, so I contacted a competitor who was able to find and fix the issue in one visit."
