"The removal and installation went very well. Darren, our contact, evaluated our heating requirements and specified a state of the art high efficient system as we requested. Darren and Atlantic Heating & A/C also accommodated our request to bring the system on line before the upcoming cold weather. They successfully completed the work by mid October. "Paul was excellent from start to finish. His price was fair, he was knowledgeable and reasonable. He didn't try to upsell me. He and his assistant arrived on time on installation day to find that my tank location wasn't up to code (as was too close to the burner). He gave me the choice of leaving as is or installing the new tank shifting the location to an opposite wall (which of course would be more work for him and had to charge extra fir extra material and labor, as to be expected.). I decided to have it moved to be up to code, he still finished the job on time that day. Dealing with Paul was a pleasure. Thanks NE Tank"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
