Good product (the guard system itself), horrific service and installation. Seem to take the approach of if you can’t see it easily the homwowner will have no idea. I wanked the roof so saw it all."

"This was a challenging job according to the multiple quotes received. I delayed in getting the job done due to the "car salesman" approach from other companies who did not leave a great impression. Happened upon this company on the Nextdoor app and decided to give them a try. Placed a phone call that was immediately answered with a friendly voice who scheduled an appointment and actually arrived as arranged. This was not a standard shower door install. I had the shower built to my size and specifications with custom measured bench seat, dual jets on each side, double shower heads and a sunflower overhead. The product arrived timely, was installed effiiciently and looks fantastic. I cannot wait to use all the features. If my opinion changes on the review or additional customer service is required I will not hesitate to update. I find that does not happen with most reviews."

Once I let him know the rooms that I wanted him to paint he told me his plan and he did exactly what I asked him to do and he was even able to paint an additional room that I asked him too. He and his partner were very polite and respectful the entire time. The rooms that Ross painted looked fantastic afterwards my house looks brand new. During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. Working with Gutter Glove of North Carolina was an enjoyable experience, and I recommend this company!"

"Buyer beware!!!!! Tony came out and was friendly and professional. Next the owner Jason came out who was also friendly and actually saved us money by not getting a custom door which also meant it would arrive by 4th of July. I called a week after the 4th to inquire if it has arrived and spoke with Susan the owners wife. Wow extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told she has to 18 jobs to schedule before mine and that she was actually scheduling orders that were taken in Jan. It’s July now!!!! So it’s safe to say it’s gonna be a couple months till install. After they got our deposit all customer service went out the window. I wish we could get our money back and work with a reputable company."
