They also completely redesigned a small bathroom in my FROG expanding the walls and made it so much more functional. All plumbing was handled by them as well. Aaron was able to recommend several sub-contractors, which I was also pleased with, to do roof <br /> repairs and installation of gas instant hot water heaters. As with most large scale projects, unforeseen issues came up during the renovation and Aaron always took the time to show me the issues and offer various options on how to resolve.  I never felt Aaron was trying to gouge me on costs for any of these added repairs after our contract was signed nor did I ever feel any of the things he identified were not legitimate issues. I never felt that he was just trying to increase the scope of the job to get mor money. It seems that he often completed most of these additional repairs at his cost.  Anytime there was a question of his workers quality or workmanship, no matter how trivial, he always took care of the issue without charging more or making excuses. He consistently and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with his work and the finished product, from his first day on the job until his last day.  It shows that he takes a tremendous amount of pride in making his customers happy at any cost. <br /> After everything was said and done, we were extremely pleased with the way in which Aaron not only handled each task (no matter how trivial) that came up during my job, but my wife and I were thoroughly satisfied with the outcome of our project. What sets Aaron apart from other contractors is his keen ability to listen to what you want, make creative suggestions and offer tradeoffs, and in the end execute your decision.  After working with Aaron for a month, my wife even let him pick out the color for the paint in our master bath.  He pays close attention to the details in each portion of your project in order to give you great results. His prices were reasonable and I felt like I could trust Aaron to look out for my best interest. He never changed his original bid and the only cost increases were things I added. These adds were negotiated and agreed to before any new work started and Aaron was extremely fair about pricing these. My experience is that this is very hard to find in the construction <br /> industry. The technician was very professional and explained exactly what the job would entail. Everything was taped well and the rest of the tile and fixtures were kept clean. The tub looks beautiful and with a two year warranty, I feel very confident in their workmanship. Everyone from the person who spoke with me on the phone to the tech were polite and explained the process very well."

"Excellent service, quality work. Joe was very responsive and communicative. He obviously takes pride in his work, and the shower looks great. What impressed me most was that during the initial installation he noticed the smallest imperfection in the glass, one that I most likely wouldn’t have noticed for months, if ever. He offered to complete the installation, so that we wouldn’t be without a shower for 2 weeks while he ordered a replacement pane. "Cleaning the deck was not included in the estimate for pressuring washing, so I had to have them come back a second time and pay more for them to do that. Storm windows...in the fine print it says they will clean sills, rims, etc for an additional fee. Not once did the person who gave me the estimate or did the FIVE employees mention that they were only doing windows. I still have mold around the windows. Had a known they weren't going to do it, I would have done it myself while the storms were out of the windows. I called and they offered to send someone out, but I don't want to pay an additional fee. Make sure you know exactly what you are paying for."
