"Eddie responded before 8 AM on the morning of our call. He arrived exactly on time and then examined our electric service which of course was working by then. He was unable to diagnose any particular problem at that time though he did check everything thoroughly. He had suggested we contact Commonwealth Edison to make sure everything is OK on their part. Later that evening at 8 PM the problem reoccurred so I called his number figuring that he would contact me the next day and we would re-do whatever needed to be done. However he called me back 20 minutes later and said that he would not only go get the part that he was sure we needed but he would come that evening at 10 PM and install it which he did. I don't think you can find better service than that anywhere in the country and I highly recommend if you need electric work to contact Eddie. In addition there was no extra service charge for coming back at 10 PM only the cost of the parts."
