On the day of starting he was prompt and courteous. His helpers were also pleasant. During the demo period, they kept the dust contained and the floor covered to protect it from scratches. They had to break the work up across several days to allow for materials to be delivered and to accommodate my time. They broke the work up so I could still use my kitchen. <br /> They were neat and tidy as they worked. The completion of the job was very much to my expectation. "I phoned Walsh Home Improvements initially to get in contact with a structural engineer.  They recommended an excellent engineer who inspected the building and wrote a letter outlining necessary repairs.  Ken Walsh met with the engineer and then sent us a competitive price.  Ken was prompt and professional.  He was also available to meet with us over a holiday weekend.  He ordered the materials and did the work in a timely manner.  We will likely use his company in the future for other repairs/renovations. <br />"
