"Erik was hired to install IKEA cabinets in our home for a full kitchen renovation. I felt confident in assembling the cabinets and finishing them (doors, hardware, drawers, toe kicks, etc) but we wanted a professional to make sure the cabinets were hung level, plumb, and square. From our first conversation it was obvious that Erik is an expert in all things IKEA. He provided some guidance and changes to our design to make some subtle improvements that would not have been obvious to us. He also immediately identified a critical flaw in our design that would have greatly impacted the final outcome but luckily we had enough time to get the proper replaced item. Communication with Erik was decent but be prepared for patience with emails and texts. Phone calls seemed to be most effective. Also be prepared to be patient for his schedule. Despite our efforts to plan ahead and get on “his radar” back in July, it still took several rounds of calls and discussions to finally get a week nailed down and the arrival day wasn’t determined until the week-of. You will need to be flexible. The installation was very fast - he had all of the work completed in one day. He is also very precise and detailed. He took time to show me how cabinets were anchored to the wall, that cabinets were level and prepped for the countertop template. He also cleaned up nicely, was courteous in our home and has a professional demeanor. The installation wasn’t without issue though. He accidentally stepped on a weak piece of our corner cabinet and broke it. His solution was to “sister” a piece below it. I was told it wouldn’t affect the countertops as this had no load bearing properties and it won’t be visible once countertops are installed. I believe that he is correct, and accidents happen, but it was disappointing as mishaps was something I wanted to avoid and large reason why we elected to hire someone rather than do the installation ourselves. No adjustment was made to the agreed upon price to account for the broken cabinet which I felt would have been the appropriate thing to do even it was a minor reduction. Overall, I would hire Erik again and be better prepared to be patient and clearly a communicate my expectations. He is precise, detailed, and very knowledgeable on IKEA systems. His involvement resulted in a nice overall outcome."

"Matt did an amazing job finishing my basement, he designed a layout and presented it for me and I liked it, I wanted like an in-law suite   I got exactly what I wanted, 1 master bedroom with a walk in closet, and nice size bathroom with Jacuzzi tub with tile all around it, and 1 guest bedroom, a family room and a kitchen with a dining room! It doesn't even feel like a basement. I trusted Matt and his modern design ideas and let him pick the colors for walls, flooring, and kitchen cabinets, and he did an amazing job! He stayed on schedule and my budget, and if any cost changed because of the material choice, he would let me know about it in advance. The cost was around the quote that he gave me originally and I was happy with it. <br /> He was on time and was very professional, I would recommend his company to anyone who is wanting to do a project in their home. <br /> We were very happy with his work!"

"The Polleys came to the house checked everthing to deal with . Took measurements .Pat listened to my wife what she wanted . Within a few days we went to their business to look at her computor mockup. Wife wanted plenty of light and more counter space . By moving the sink we gained another foot or two . Under cabinet lights with over head spotlights and extra receptacles wife got that and more .Kevin and his crew came in and gutted both rooms . Even moved the heavy appliances out to the back porch. Put up sheets to keep dust out of rest of the house. I felt sorry for the guys ,I had blown in insulation in ceiling what a mess. They cleaned up every day before they left .They hauled all the materials away. First of all we have an OLD house , nothing plumb or level. The guys did a fantastic job with the framework .Walls and ceiling . Mr. Taggart the electrician ( his office is with TUSSEY MOUNTAIN), came in and Kevin told him where we wanted stuff . He was VERY GOOD and caring . He even saw something a previous electrical contractor did wrong and fixed it right . Kevin did a fantastic job on the plumbing in the basement . He used ball valves for shutoffs which are better than the old style that leak . He fixed the drains which were put in sloppy previously . Everything drains better .I thought it looked real pretty compared to what we had before . Kevin takes pride in his work and it shows .Someone had put hundreds of nails and staples in the different floor coverings before . Kevin spent one day on his hands and knees pulling them out to put new underlayment down.The drywaller SAM NOBLE came in and out the drywall up . He's in his 60's and been doing it since he was a kid .. VERY GOOD . The wife is very happy with everthing that was done .That is what counts <br />"
