"We hired Bill Aitken Heating to repair our gas furnace, we had an accumulation of water in the furnace pan. I called Aitkens Heating and received a call back immediately. They were here promptly at the time scheduled for repair. Mr. Aitkens had my furnace repaired within a half hour. He arrived with his helper and I could not be more satisfied with the work these gentlemen did. Bill took the time to explain in detail what he did for the repair. Bill Aitken is our GO TO man for any of our heating and air condition maintenance. I would like to add he was very reasonable. My husband was not available to over see this project so I handled the whole project from start to finish. BILL AITKEM HEATING LLC. comes very highly recommended by the Perkins family."

"Jeremy, the owner of Parker Home Services quickly - within hours - returned our request for service. He showed up early for the quote appointment. There was no BS. His quote was thorough and accurate. Jeremy removed and replaced the central AC units in a day and a half. His attention to detail is superb. Once the job was done, he brought me over to make sure that the AC worked as intended. While checking vents we noticed that some were not supplying air. Jeremy went back up in the attic and located three supply ducts that had been removed (by previous workers) from their registers and he reinstalled them. He also found a separate supply duct that had a board laying across it, constricting air flow. All of this was above and beyond what the initial job called for and shows that Jeremy takes great pride in his workmanship and making sure his customer is satisfied. We will have them back. "The two men that came to install the units were great! Their attention to detail, and thoroughness was amazing. They were open to discussing different ways to install line sets, etc. This is not typical of most contractors. In fact they were checking in with me frequently to ensure I was happy with the way the job was going. My only complaint would be that the owner's communication was spotty after signing the contract. I received a bill to pay for the system, but it was not yet installed or even scheduled. After several messages without response from the owner I contacted the finance company to put a freeze on the account as I was concerned I had not heard from him. I received a call from Don 2 days later scheduling the install for the following week. During that discussion he did mention he was out of town for the last two weeks in a poor cell phone reception area. This very well might have been the case, but a heads up to me would have been nice. I was initially told 2-3 weeks from date of signing contract. It was a month later without communication. It could have all been a misunderstanding, either way Don was pleasant to deal with, and stuck to his bid. I am happy with the process and install and would encourage anyone to utilize quiet corner mechanical for their HVAC needs."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Vista started this job 9/17. From the beginning we were told by the salesman Eric and project manager Keith that the job would be finished to our satisfaction, all our concerns would be addressed. The roofing went well, we are pleased. The siding was a bigger job than they seemed prepared for. They removed wood siding and replaced rotten plywood. The siding looked fine except for an area in the front of our home which is vertically uneven. Holding a straight edge to the siding we have a one inch gap in the vertical level which was not properly prepared. Some our window frames are horrible. One of them has nails driven right in the center of the frame, others have gapping joints and one is wavy. They replaced our perfectly fine topped gutter with a 'top of the line' gutter which isn't topped so is now full of leaves. We live in the woods what were they thinking? At the signing of this contract our salesman Eric said he would do some porch screen framing and stain our new front door. He wanted payment of $600 stating this was his side job. After many, many phone calls, most being ignored, we have gotten no where. Brian Rudd finally came out and told us these problems would be corrected. Last we heard from him was 11/17. He emailed that the siding crew would be out that week to correct window trim. We never heard from or saw any of them again. They never installed the stove vent, stained the front door or corrected our siding issues. I've waited for spring thinking I would hear from them. Too bad, things started out well. Not a good company."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
