"In the time of COVID-19, my husband and I had a hard time finding a plumber to come out as swiftly as possible when we noticed discoloration on the wall behind our toilet. Tim came recommended through another, very similar reviewing and contracting website, and we could not be happier. Within an hour of speaking with him, he was at our house assessing the job. He removed the toilet, cut into our wall (very carefully and as neatly as possible), replaced our original copper piping with pex tubing, and reinstalled the toilet - all on the same day. I could not be happier with how quickly and efficiently he got us back up and running, as this is our only bathroom. We received our invoice promptly with a detailed explanation of the work performed and also a picture of the repair. Very fair pricing for the extensive emergency repair required. "There was a leak in our incoming water main. This can be a very touchy situation. The crew from Drainworks neatly excavated the area to expose water main. Located the leak, repaired it and returned the area to its original grade and reseeded. They were respectful to the gardens in the area they had to dig. taking care, not to destroy the plantings. They worked well with the local water company, who had to turn the water on and off. Drainworks communicated with us, through Text, so we knew when they would be on site. There was no waiting around and guessing. They were prompt and on time. They did all this and stayed to the cost quoted."
