They then returned only with an expensive full-home repipe quote, refusing to even quote a local repair. I?ve since had three other plumbing companies inspect everything; all agreed that JN?s technical decisions were poor, their repipe quote was severely overpriced, and their quote structure (initially with almost no detail) was concerning at best, predatory at worst. I will never use JN Service again and strongly recommend others avoid them."

So apparently it's a $600+/hour labor rate? I'm obviously in the wrong line of work. This was not an off hours emergency call either, it was a scheduled appointment in the middle of a weekday. The shadiest part of the entire thing was that on the invoice (that they email you later) they bury all the cost, it's not itemized i.e. labor vs parts cost. It just says replaced (part) = $1000. A super scummy and shady way to run a "professional" business, taking advantage of people who don't know any better. I wouldn't be surprised if they also sell used cars. Never again Gervais. You've all been warned."
