They spent about an hour with me to find four Lamp shades, I took the lampshades and tried different ones and they made adjustments and they replaced the plugs on a very old cord. It was a very good experience. They have an excellent selection. I called them and when I got there, they were there to see me. I have recommended to other people and I would use them again if I needed to."

"Chris from Ideal was easy to contact, he came out when he said he would and looked over a couple projects I wanted estimates on. <br /> He explained his products and services knowledgeably and professionally and answered all of my questions. <br /> He took his measurements of the patio project, gave me a quote which was about middle of the road from the others I had gotten and some time to talk it over and think about it. Once I made the decision to use him I sent him a 50% deposit  and the work was scheduled which was about 90 days out. <br /> On the project start date Chris and his crew arrived at the start time he had indicated and began to work immediately. <br /> The crew was professional and obviously knew what they were doing. The patio was completed in 4 days and came out exactly as I expected. Will be using Ideal for some additional projects come spring. My first time hiring a contractor to do a job that would take more than a day and I was very pleased with the whole experience. <br />"

"Francis returned my call within 24 hours and we set up a time for him to come look at the work that needed to be done. He advised us to buy a new ceiling fan so that just in case it was the fixture itself that wasn't working he could install it while he was here. I was hoping to just get the 1 light fixed in time for Christmas Eve and he was able to fix the 3 outlets that weren't working as well. He did all of it within an hour and we were even able to return the new ceiling fan as it was not needed. Very pleased with his professionalism, responsiveness and service. I will definitely call him for any future electrical needs."

"I went to Cleveland Fence after another local fence company proved to be highly UNRELIABLE.  Debi, the sister of the owner, walked through the samples in the showroom and helped me with my selection.  Delivery was prompt - within 7 days.  Debi called the day before to let me know they were scheduled, and the 2 gentlemen who made the delivery were quick and took great care with the product.  The fence is very high quality, and looks great installed (I had a separate installer that I've been working with).  I'm so happy with the product, that I'm getting ready to order another 20 panels to complete the renovation.  Would highly recommend their products. <br> <br> <br>"
