"Matt (the owner) was great. He was very responsive, showed up when he said he would, communicated well, etc. FYI: Another company no-showed on me and he fit me in. His quote was $2,000 more than two other quotes that I received. Of course, one of those companies no showed on me. And the other had a two month wait list. So, given the circumstances, I'm not sure if I would have actually realized those savings. I just needed the fence up and fast. (We have dogs who are used to having a fenced in yard. Walking them multiple times per day has been a pain). The crew showed up and was polite. The site supervisor--Toby--was delightful. He was always pleasant, answered any questions that i had, etc. My wife was a bit frustrated with the crew as they seemed to take a lot of smoke breaks. However, since I wasn't paying them by the hour, but for the project--this didn't bother me as much. One disappointment--they didn't tell me that they're unable to work on Thursdays due to another job that requires all hands on deck. I wish i had known this ahead of time as it impacted the length of the project, but mistakes happen/people forget. The quality of the work was stellar. So much so, that I've already hired them to complete another project. (That speaks volumes!) I'd recommend these folks."

"The work that was done entailed removal of existing exterior chimney pipe along with removal and replacement of the following: offset boot, storm collar, ice shield, flashing, roof shingles, and vinyl siding. The entire area was cleaned up and all debris removed upon completion. The repair men did a fantastic job and took the time to explain every part of the repair that was done. Also, when Igor came out and gave us the estimate he was knowledgeable and very thorough in diagnosing the issue and giving us a detailed plan for the repair work. The job was scheduled in a timely manner as was promised on the estimate. Igor also came out the day after the repair work was done and water tested the repair to ensure we would no longer have any water leaking into the house at that location."

"We had water damage in our kitchen and dining room from ice dams over the winter. Patrick and Mike installed new insulation, drywall, and reinstalled our kitchen wall cabinets. They also installed new tile on the kitchen walls, installed new light switches, and replaced nozzles for the washing machine water lines. They did an amazing job! Tile looks great. Drywall is seamless and looks better than before. Patrick and Mike were timely, professional, clean, and cared about my property as if it were their own. I highly recommend PG Remodeling. "I called JEC Construction at 8am  this morning for water leaking in my living room ceiling. A crew arrived by 10am. The damage was assessed. They advised as to where the water was coming from and how the issue could be resolved. There was a problem with the flashing on my roof surrounding my chimney. The leak was caused by excess snow and ice build up from our recent bad weather. We agreed on the price and they got on the roof, removed the snow and ice from my entire roof and resealed the flashing around the chimney. Told me to call right away with any issues. No more leak. Fast and courteous.
