"They came to look at our original water heater and I told them before they started that we thought it could be electrical, but he insisted that it might not be, so they installed a new water heater. Come to find out, it was electrical like we originally thought. He should have traced the issue before he went in and installed the new heater. UPDATE (08/13/2015): I think it was more of a misunderstanding of how much electrical work he is able to do vs. what needed to be done. He is not an electrician. Once we spoke we were able to get a much better understanding of the issue."

"They were nice guys.  They were hired by the contractor remodeling our bathroom.  I have a complaint against them - they knocked a couple of holes through the bathroom, into the living room.  We had to do the repair ourselves.  The plumbing was fine, but I didn't appreciate the holes in the wall.  I actually complained to the contractor and I don't know if he said anything about it.  I used my plumber for all the other plumbing work in my house.  Once the contractor was through with his little piece, then I got my own plumbing in."

"I have used Plumb Right before and I will continue to use this company. My appointment was scheduled quickly and Frank arrived on time and the work was completed in a timely manner. Frank is always professional and gave me the price before the work was started. I am very happy with the completed repairs and the fair price. Thank you, again."

"My home is older and the galvanized water pipes have been springing leaks. I called "The Plumber" (Chris) for an estimate to re-pipe the home. Chris promptly provided a well priced estimate for 100% PEX from the supply to the fixtures, new water heater and moving the main supply entry to the house. The Plumber crew was courteous, expedient (completed in a day) and kept a clean work area. I am pleased with the quote, The Plumbing work crew and the overall project. I would use again / recommend "The Plumber"."

"They arrived on time as promised.  They were prompt, courteous and very professional as well.  I had several questions and I was given very good answers to each one.  The entire process went very well.

"We contacted Callahan for repairing our bathroom which was in bad shape. Callahan gave a quote for reasonable price and assisted us in picking the correct materials for bathroom and did the work very well. We were quite impressed with him and so when a airconditioning unit stopped working we approached him and he gladly helped us to fix the unit. So far everything is functioning well in our home and Callaham would also do a free inspection in March of all the work he did. I would strongly recommend Callahan for any work."

"Replacing the large attic stairway is not an easy task, but was accomplished with professionalism. Kitchen sink caulking was done well. Very thankful that Bill noticed the vent pipe on the attic gas water heater was out of place and fixed it."

"Outdoor hose faucet (spigot) installation"

"Very well. Rob is definitely an expert on drainage issues."

"I've used him every summer for the last 7 years. He's extremely honest and if he can't fix something he will let you know upfront. Everything he's done he is spot on and he goes over all the information with you on everything he's done. If there is a problem with the work he's done, he comes back and promptly fixed it. He is just great overall."
