"We were urgently needing our in ground pool jets repaired. Family was coming from out of state in 3 days. I made several calls to pool service companies and Assured Pool and Spa Service was the only company that returned my call and came out that afternoon to assess the problem. They then came out and fixed it the next morning despite the fact that they already had a full day. Sharon and Randy were so understanding about how much we wanted it fixed before family got here. I am sure if you look up customer service you would find that Assured Pools and Spas are the very definition of what great customer service is. We could not be happier with the quality of the work and how reasonable the charge for the repair was. In fact we were so impressed we hired them to do our monthly pool service. It does not get better than what this company does in regards to taking care of their customers even new customers as we were in this case."

"As brand new spa owners, we have had a difficult time adjusting the chemicals in our spa water. Every pool supply company  we've gone to for help have only sold us more and more products, to raise and then lower and then raise again the various chemical balances. As a result, we have been having trouble with our skin and eyes... Joshua from Pools Unlimited came over today. In addition to testing the water, he talked to us about what we've been doing, the results we've been having, and the subsequent struggles we've endured. He listened - he checked our products - and most importantly, he advised. He gave us specific instruction on what to do (and NOT do!) - and by the time he left, we felt empowered to tackle this and come out victorious! He was great. Very, very nice - very professional - very informative and helpful. Would HIGHLY recommend that anyone call him with pool and/or spa needs.

"o were going to charge me 3 times what I paid Tim.Tim was very professional and brought Justin (or maybe Dustin) with him.  We agreed I would pay him for 8 hrs labor regardless of how long the jobs took. This was to ensure they weren't rushed and my jobs were done correctly. It was my idea since I had a lot of honey-do's to complete.  They arrived on time and started with finding a leak on my tile roof that caused water damage during heavy rains.  After 1/2 hour the leak was found and repaired. The roof was put back together. They then replaced a 4 X 4 piece of drywall, texture and completed. GFI's were next then help with moving furniture.  They showed up at 9 am and were done by 3 pm.  I was extremely happy with them as people and the quality of their work.
