"It was after 9:00pm on Christmas Eve so I needed the work done and I was panicked. The girl who answered the phone was very professional. The technician, Del, got back to me quickly. Del gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would be before he would be available (1 1/2 hrs) as well as an estimate of cost based on what I had told him. He arrived when he said he would. He replaced the water heater, changed the lines, put a pan and drain in, (I had been missing one), took the old one away and cleaned up the area. He then made sure that I knew what to expect with the contract and warranty since the office was closed. It all arrived via email this morning. It took only two hours and I had my hot water again. I was expecting to get fleeced because of the emergent situation late on Christmas Eve and was ready for an attempt to up-sell me on a bunch of extras. None of that happened. He was professional, prompt, and no up-sell. Just fixed what I needed for a fair price. The new water heater works much better than the old one did and I am very, very happy that they were there, available and so nice when it counted. I will definitely use them again for any other plumbing needs."

"I called Don to fix a leaking water line from a previous fridge that had been taken out that had an ice/water maker. Don came to my appt exactly on time and he was efficient and quick for the repair. No talking on cell phone re private calls etc. It ended up being a less involved repair than originally anticipated and he did not try to upsell me or do more complicated work than was necessary so the final cost came in a bit under original phone quote which was very nice. This is an new home for me and there was another concern that came up last night that Don could not stay for to complete bc he had another appt after me to be on time for (great reliability for all his customers!) but he did take the time to explain what was needed for that future appt which was courteous. Also I am a single woman and felt completely safe having Don in my home. In an additional plus, he was friendly to my dog who I only had to put away bc heâ s a wild boy and very nosy but Don seemed that he would be comfortable around a calm dog. "I've been using Johnny On the Spot for many years now and they have come through every time for me. They replaced my Air Conditioner and my Hot Water Heater and my Heater system to be at their best all the time. Every year they come and inspect them for $39.00 and keep them working so as to not have any emergencies! Yesterday Arturo Agundez inspected my Air Conditioner and Tony Castellanos inspected my Hot Water Heater. Arturo found my Air Conditioner to have no problems but he cleaned my filter and checked all aspects of it to be working great and found some things to be concerned about. Tony found a problem with my Water Heater Anode Rod and thankfully replaced it so I would have no emergency problem with it sooner than later. Both of them showed up on time and with their expertise I knew I was in good hands! "Tankless water heater installed in June developed a leak and corroded. The heater was not installed with proper clearances per the install manual of the manufacturer. However, after bringing up these issues, they promptly moved the heater into a better location providing proper clearances and replaced the corroded parts."
