"I'd purchased a new home knowing that it would need a great deal of work. I closed in mid-June and I call Billy and SBS. We did a walkthrough of the house and created a rather extensive 'punchlist'. In addition to having a rather involved project, I had a tentative deadline, as I wanted to host a family gathering at the end of July. 
The SBS guys got started right away. They were extremely professional, courteous and good-natured guys. They were up front about issues that would cause delays or overruns and were very good about helping me make cost effective decisions. For example, I had a huge wood entertainment center taking up an entire wall in the living room, and they were able to remove it and have it refinished and turned into custom vanities for the master bathroom that looked incredible.
The best part is that they finished BEFORE the deadline and the total costs came pretty much spot-on the original estimate. I will definitely be using them again in the near future.

"We had trouble finding a contractor to come look at the project let alone give a good quote. Eric and Mike came out, told me exactly what they would do, and we sealed the deal with a handshake. Eric did send a formal quote for exactly what he said but ended up doing a little more at no additional charge. They did find more damage that what we had intended, but he called me, told me what the issue was, and how much it was going to cost. For that additional unexpected work, he charged me for materials only. Fair and honest. Very rare here in South Florida. They were very conscientious about keeping the work are clean, and made sure the job site was spotless every day at the end of the day. The work they did was outstanding and we are very happy with the end result."
