"I first found out I had poly pipes during my home inspection. I opted to have my inspection done by experts in the field. Juan warned me about poly pipes in the area and he was spot on. The results were scary, he confirmed I had poly, and I knew it made the house uninsurable and a water pipe could burst at any time. I opted to negotiated the price of the home and booked a repipe. I soon found out how lucky I was to connect with him early on about the issue. Within weeks of the home purchase and before my scheduled repipe date I had my first pipe burst behind the bar/laundry room. I had no idea what was going on because the wall with the leak seemed to have no water but following the baseboard damage, I knew the issue was getting serious.
