"Like they said," hire the best and flush the rest!" Being an ex-New Yorker it was a pleasure knowing Alan and Dom are originally from Queens! These guys know their craft! Their over 20 years experience shows in every aspect of the job. Alan contacted me within an hour of my posting on Home Advisor and left a message asking if it was an emergency since it was approximately 9 pm when he called. The next morning there was a follow up message asking if I was still interested in replacing the water heater. Since no other company contacted me including a recommended plumber I researched Above All Plumbers and was impressed with their qualifications and reviews. I called the number Alan had left in his voice mail message and he answered even though he and Dom were on a call which was impressive. I explained my situation and Alan turned it over to Dom to give me a quote which he sent in an email on the spot. I approved the quote and a few hours later had a scheduled install appointment the next morning between 9-10 am. At 9:15 I received a courtesy text from Allen saying they were running a bit late due to a line at the supply house. Allen and Dom arrived right at 10 am and and were done removing the old water heater and had the new one installed and running with HOT water by 11:15! I was totally blown away with their service! I can't believe they were able to remove the old one FULL of water and did not spill any on the way out! Totally awesome job! Would highly recommend Alan and Dom's Above All Plumbers to anyone who needs any plumbing work! P.S. I was so impressed I am having them come back tomorrow to install a new garbage disposal and work on the master bath shower which I have a hard time turning the water off. They already sent me a text with an appointment time of 12-1. Now that's service!"

"Called John's after finding their ad in the local newspaper.   We also called another local plumber, but went with John's after they sent someone out immediately to look at the problem and give us an estimate.  We scheduled the repair for the next day after getting what we thought was a reasonable quote.  Brian, the same person who had come out to inspect problem, arrive early today to fix the leak.  He was respectful, friendly, and diligently worked to fix the problem.  We are very impressed with everyone we spoke to at John's and the great service we received!  We would not hesitate to use them again and  will be recommending them to all of our friends.  "
