We initially wanted a spa, but decided that we'd rather have a water feature instead, so Kirk came up with alternate plans. Each plan was well thought out and very attractive. <br /> He is also able to recommend contractors to do the job, so it's well worth having a good design plan from the start. <br /> We highly recommend Kirk Molday for residential landscape design."

"We got several estimates and California Custom Landscape out performed the competition. Not only did they work with our budget the work was high quality for the price. Henry was the only one of the vendors who's use of design complimented the architectural features of our home and space. He was very well versed in which plants and trees would look best as well as knowledgeable about safety and building codes. Anna & Henry were very responsive to emails & phone calls, patiently answering all of our questions. The only reason for the "B" grade for responsiveness is because once we were ready to begin our project the company was a few weeks out completing other jobs. The flip side is that they don't blow through the work- it's very well done and every effort is made to satisfy the customer. During the project the area was kept neat & clean. Not on my would we use this company again, we have already recommended them to friends. California Custom is definitely worth the wait!"

"Excellent.  The table had been outside for six years and even though it was under a patio cover it has accumulated soot and grime.  It had turned (spotty) black.  Teak Masters restored the table to its original beauty.  They sanded, bleached and stained the tables and chairs.  The table has a lattice top so there were many nooks and crannies.  Lots of elbow grease involved to get the work done. <br />"

All the cabinets in the small kitchen were replaced, flooring replaced, and interior repainted."

"It went very well. Guy was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed our situation and made a recommendation on how we could add on to our 2nd bedroom to create an extra bathroom, walk in closet and an outdoor bathroom. <br /> He quickly created a schematic and was able to generate some preliminary renderings of what our new addition could look like. <br /> While we still need to decide if we want to move forward with an addition like this, $49 is a bargain just to see what you could do. <br /> Highly recommend this service to anyone!"

Our home is beautiful and has completely transformed the way we live and breathe! Our new home is clean, modern and clutter-free (including our newly organized garage with epoxy floor). We used all of Spazio’s suggested subs who were absolutely wonderful. All work was done to Essi’s exacting specifications and highest standards. You will never find a better general contractor than Spazio LA!"
