"Robert responded to our initial inquiry promptly. He came out, assessed the project and gave us a very reasonable bid. Two projects were done in our master bathroom. The marble countertop was refinished and then all the tile and grout in the shower and the floor were cleaned and color sealed. The caulking was also redone. The bathroom looks brand new. The work was all done by Logan who was careful and meticulous in everything he did. We are thrilled!"

"Original estimate was for installation in family room/kitchen/dining room/hallway and powder room. We provided the product. We had product left over and were so pleased with the results downstairs that we had them install it in our loft and upstairs hallway. Beautifully done. The actual installation was performed in a very efficient and professional manner by Vlad and Mike. They work very quickly but with attention to detail. They left the work area organized and clean each evening when they left."

"Leo was the first one to respond to my posting on Angi's list and he was quick to provide a quote over the phone, after seeing the pictures of the areas needing tile work. He had the manpower to do the job and was available right away. His crews started the job the next week. Demo work took 5 people, and install work took 2 crew. They were very efficient, clean and professional. Only issue was language, as some crew did not speak English. Overall work was very high quality. I will hire them again to do my master bath shower."

"Ed did a wonderful job of cleaning our house from top to bottom, it's sparkling clean in preparation for listing on the market, the house looks great."

"Super past workers, professional and great tile work. They did it fast clean and quality was superb. Iâ  d recommend them to anyone."

"They are the best! We’ve had them regularly cleaning our house for 4 years now and they are great to work with. Always fast, thorough, and friendly."

"I have been a client with Perfect House Cleaning for about 3 years now. Christine, the owner, takes her business very seriously. She has been running her business while she battles her 12 yr old's cancer. I am so impressed with how she is able to manage everything. I prefer Christine or Ciera to clean my home, as I am particular and they know exactly how I like my home cleaned. I plan on using Christine's business for more years to come. Christine will be the only one that will contact you for a cleaning estimate, as well as the person you should contact when you have a question. Super proud of Christine for maintaining her business and fighting for her daughter's life. My favorite day of the week is when my girl's have been here. After a long day of work and coming home to a perfectly clean house, can sometimes make you want to cry lol i love lines in my carpet, and vacuum lines in my couch, and all of my towels folded neatly - along with all of my clutter nicely arranged to a good looking clutter pile. What more could I want?! Thank you Christine and Ciera!"

"Rae came on an icy Sunday morning to address our emergency leak and diagnosed an obscure problem that will need to be fixed by a roofer. I definitely recommend her and Canaan Land Tile."
