"Joe provided excellent service for my dryer repair. Within minutes of me placing a service request, he was on his way to my house. He fixed my dryer, replacing a faulty part and doing a thorough clean. On top of that, he was knowledgable answering my questions, friendly and well priced. I will certainly call him again as needed."

"John was great! Professional, quick, fair price, accommodating to my schedule. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing washer or dryer repair."

"We were in a rush situation to get our dryer repaired. Mark fit us in for the very next day after speaking to him. He arrived within the agreed time window. Our experience is that doesn't happen all of the time with many service providers or contractors. Not only did he make the repair quickly and efficiently, he took the time to check over the rest of the dryer and also checked all of the exhaust hose to make sure that it was clean. That all adds up to a true professional."

"Washing machine was leaking and Stocker Appliance was there the next morning. Kavon diagnosed the issue after taking the machine apart and thoroughly inspecting it. He fixed it efficiently and knew what he was doing. Competent and friendly technician."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."
