They were NOT ONLY THE "FIRST" company to get us in BUT they were the "MOST" reasonably priced and Sal's does the "BEST" WORK!!! "THANK GOD" they didn't try to milk me considering it was an "EMERGENCY" and I was ALREADY FREAKING OUT. They came in replaced the Hot Water tank and cleaned up 98% of the water on the floor as well. "On Thursday, the technician (David) came to my house to look at two projects: replacing a leaking electric water heater, and installing a new gas line (in my crawlspace) to my masonry fireplace so I can convert from wood to gas logs. He explained my options, and quoted prices for these options. I asked if he could do the work on the upcoming Saturday, and he scheduled this before he left! I ordered the gas tankless water heater and the gas line to my fireplace. By the way, I had 3 different plumbers look at this work, WyattWorks had the lowest prices. On Saturday David and Alex arrived early in the morning and worked past 6:30 PM to complete both jobs. The installations were great. Everything to code, and with neat, high quality workmanship and thoroughly tested. They cleaned up the work areas and hauled away my old water heater. In other words, a typical WyattWorks job."

"Steve offered some better options for our water heater replacement, then put up with the poorest delivery of the water heater from a big box store we bought it from that I've ever been involved with. He kept us up to date with their constant changes, including losing our water heater in shipping, which put him in a terrible position. It was like he was dealing with the 3 Stooges, but remained our advocate, negotiated a price reduction because of their poor service and at one point was going to absorb a cash loss to himself to get a replacement. We're extremely impressed with Steve.
