"Dan Kunz with Expert Plumbing fixed a leak with my parents' fire suppression sprinkler system. While the repair itself was straightforward (a corroded nipple & nut on a pressure gauge), we couldn't shut off the water at the meter due to a bad meter installation. Dan went above and beyond to dig around the meter casing and cut an access point on the side so the shut off valve could be turned. All in freezing weather with snow on the ground! We were also impressed Expert Plumbing was able to come out the day after Christmas to fix this emergency problem. They were going to stick with their original quote, however, we all agreed on a larger amount given the hours of extensive work involved. Highly recommended!"
