"VERY overpriced! $750 to replace a water pressure regulator. 1/2 hour of labor at most! Bell Plumbing's price was LUDICROUS! Will NEVER use it again! Only had the job done as I had no water pressure at all! Bell Plumbing is a RIP-OFF! Bell reduced the charge. The installer said a main water line valve was replaced .. it was not. Bell removed that from the original charge and lowered pressure regulator cost to correct amount. Work was done in a timely manner. Would consider Bell again once a refund is received!"

"I hired this company to replace my Watermain. They did so for $6000 less than the next bid. They did a great job eight months after they did it I was informed by the city I had a water leak so I called Pro master and they came out and they dug the hole and inspected their work to make sure it wasnâ t anything that they did and it was not, they did not charge me to dig that hole to check that is amazing. Nobody else would have done that. I recommend this company to anybody and everybody five stars gentlemen."

"I installed 2 air conditioners and 2 furnaces. The technicians who came to do the install - Allan and his team did a very professional clean install. They knew what they were doing, kept me updated with everything. I was very impressed and satisfied. But I have to say the sales team was not as professional. To get a quote I had to call multiple times to set up an appointment and after John came to see my house, he did not like other companies work out the quote then. He said he will email me later and I had to call multiple times to the office to get that email. Finally he did work out the job, did not clarify method of payment, took the deposit over phone via credit card and told me pay via same method the remaining balance when job done. When it came to paying the remaining balance - the final invoice did not have the deposit deducted and I was told to pay via check if I wanted that price. I had to again call 3-4 times the office to make the payment, and again no one knew what the other person had told me. I did not have the final invoice etc and to have someone come take the final payment and give me my documents again was a phone tag. Polite staff but seems there is not good communication between sales person, office team. I would have wanted to give 5 star, it’s not everyday that someone has a company put in 2 ACs and 2 furnaces at one place, but I will give 4 stars due to the confusion that the sales team created and me having to call multiple times the office to get to someone.
