As far as the work he did, it was very thorough. He started in the basement and worked his way back to the sink to find where the clog was, and this wasn't to extend his visit as this was all within the hour of arrival. It's the milking of the billable hour which is why RotoRooter will never come to my house again. John gets A's for communication, performance and price. As I told him on the way out, he's now my 'go to' for this type of work."
