"Terrance and Chris did a wonderful job renovating my kitchenette into a beautiful handicapped bathroom. Despite multiple challenges Terrance was very professional and made lots of recommendations and improvements as well as including extras that we had not anticipated and stayed within budget. Much appreciated and will recommend and call on again if needed"

"He was excellent and the work was very true to the value. I have always recommended him, and he cleans up after his work every time as well. He is up front with what he's doing and how will work with the customer and their needs if they want anything additional. Of course they may be charged a bit extra. He's a very good guy and I do use him for some other work as well."

"I had a pretty tight timeline and the project ended up being pretty complicated. Kept me informed the whole time and handled a wide variety of work at a good price."

Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
