"I had a solartube installed in my garage, in a corner that is always dark. I learned about the company after a friend suggested getting a solartube, and I often saw the company at the State Fair each year, with specials. The company's special was a free nightlight in the solartube, for low-level lighting at nighttime, and cost of the solartube could then be used as an energy credit on income tax. The crew of two arrived on time, and was finished in an hour or so. It went very smoothly and I was pleased with the end result. A few months after installation, I noticed that there was no light at night, and a company rep explained that either there wasn't enough daylight for the solar powered battery to recharge, or there was something wrong with the battery. I'll wait until springtime to determine which it is."

I asked the billing person to double check the final invoice and/or at least explain it to me over the span of many weeks, which they flat out refused to do. The invoice ultimately got sorted out and this person claimed it was a mistake, but the fact they spent weeks refusing to double check that the invoice matched the work completed is very frustrating. Especially when it was such a large mistake. If you hire this company make sure they don't try to charge you more than you are supposed to pay!"
