"Jared from Apex roofing called because he was running late. I appreciate that. When he arrived (only about 5 min late) he said he could do the job right then. Replaced the ridge shingles that had blown off. I had shingles. He also walked the roof and fixed a minor loose shingle. Cost $150. This was a great job. I had received estimates for the job ranging from $1,425 to $800. This was a simple job as Jared proved. Apex is not out to pull the wool over your eyes and charge much more than the job requires. I will use them again when needed."

"First Eugene worked extremely well addressing my concerns what I wanted balancing quality and price. I had improper ventilation and roof leeks resulting in mold and wood issues. He advised me of the options for proper ventilation and and wood cost and priced several quality levels for the shingles. Installation was started when promised. They found that much of the roof had wood so damaged that a nail could be pulled by hand. They finished in one day even having to replace 50 sheets of OSB, remove box vents and install new ridge vents. 8 soffit vents were added and 3 gable vents were closed a few days after the roof was done bringing the ventilation to a proper level and up to code. The price estimated at about $11,100 included some wood and the soffit vents. Extra wood at the time I contracted for the job cost me an extra 2,200 but that would be higher today. PS I expect good service and have never given a all 5 star rating in my 72 years."

"Ron Rose Hickory Ridge Rd I just had my house roofed by OnTo roofing - Aaron is owner & Greg is salesman 248-672-1314 - and they did a fantastic job at a great price on a very steep Ix roof. I called them for repair work, but they gave me such a great price on a new roof that I now have a new roof They were half the price of another quote that I was given by another roofing Co. And the price included tearing off old roof, replacing all the plywood that was damp (I needed 4 sheets of plywood), and caulking. Workmanship has a 20 yr warranty and shingles are Owens Corning and warranty is for 50 yrs. The crew was at my house at 7am, finished at 7:30 in the dark and picked up all debris. Aaron, the Owner, called me the next day to see if any problems and came the next day to inspect the roof himself. He sent two of his crew back the following day to do some more minor caulking and to wash off a few spots on my vinyl siding that happened when they tore off off roof (by the way, they laid down cloth all around my house to protect yard, deck, patio, driveway, etc) This Company was a delight to work with and clearly customer satisfaction is a must to them I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!
