"Seamus Donohue was a man who knew his subject - lightning. He came to our home quickly, and scheduled installation immediately after we made a decision. The men who came to do the installation were professional, careful and took time to make sure the results were as "invisible" as possible. We hope never to have a lightning strike again at our home, but as the weather patterns change, we fear that is more possible than in the past. We feel more protected after our lightning protection installation. But you never know how successful something is if the proof is in something never happening! But we'll take it."

"The service from these guys was great! I was a bit hesitant about hiring them on because I have never heard of them before. Brian was awesome. He arrived when he was stated to. He went right into tackling the laundry room, which is a whole other review for another day. I had the joy of spending my day with him and later on, with his boss. Both were great, courteous, and all around upstanding citizens. A job well done to them both and to tackle the laundry room which, while the biggest issue we had, it was handled with professionalism. My home is a special case. As Brian said so eloquently, "Your house is Fort Knox." It's not really Fort Knox. That would be silly. My house is just built to withstand any type of disaster. While trying to install some wiring and move it from room to room, we hit a few walls (literally). I used that joke already and it still feels like comedy gold. Brian didn't throw in the towel or call it quits, he kept at it. He was there to get the job done and that's what he did. He let me help fish wires to him so I didn't feel so useless. I still have no clue what I was doing but I was happy to help in anyway. It would have been awkward if I just sat on the couch and played video games while he asked for a hand and I ignored him. I was okay with taking a break from killing zombies to lend a hand and feel like I was of some use to a trained professional. To better understand what he was doing, Brian explained things to me like I was a child because when it comes to electrical work, I am a child. Seriously, the only thing I know about electricity is it doesn't mesh well with water. It is much easier to understand how things work when he uses small words and not some jargon that I don't understand. To repeat myself, Brian was awesome. His boss (I think it was his boss or just some random guy wearing a Mr. Sparky uniform) was just as nice. His boss who will just be 'his boss' cause I am terrible with names...it started with an R. I think is was Ramuhel? He swung by to drop off some equipment Brian didn't' have. The equipment wasn't forgotten. It was something they didn't plan on using. If you took a peek inside my laundry room, you would understand why they needed other tools to finish the job. Brian cleaned up all the messes made while drilling holes. While cleaning up a mess he made, he cleaned up a mess I had made. I could have stopped him but if I can get a maid service added into the electrical ones, I am all okay with that. Great team and great service. I will use again and will be sure to request Brian. I am happy with the results and while ia few wrenches were thrown at Brian, he didn't stop. He finished the job, tested each outlet to make sure they all work properly. I just wish he was okay with that one large wrench I threw his way free of charge."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"It was very preliminary.  I realize it was only $50, but it didn't accomplish much and I still needed an architect.  The plan was supposed to be scaled, it really wasn't.  It only indicate a dimension of the existing stiars.  The rooms were not dimensioned or scaled.
I had trouble getting an email attachment from him in a format I could open and view.
I wouldn't blame the provider, but I would say it really isn't worth it to go only to a $50 level.   Just hire an architect and get something you can use for permitting and construction.
I answered would not use again because I dont have a need for thier services.
