He took everything personal and would not repair a part broken by a previous employee of auchinachie because how is that fair to me? He would not honor the warranty I was promised because apparently the previous plumber had been lying about that. He made me feel unsafe, taken advantage of and like a fool for ever trusting them. Every other interaction has been one of constantly adding money to the bill with no warning and so they were kind. When I finally asked them to honor their commitments, I was told he was there to help me but was not going to help if I had an attitude about it."

He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
