"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. In talking through our architecture and location, he determined this was most likely something that could be solved by Baltimore City services (for free). That turned out to be the case. The City workers came out fairly quickly, identified and cleared the clog outside my home, and I paid nothing (outside of my tax returns, of course ... "my tax dollars at work"). Knock You Out could have tried to make some money off of me by saying they needed to come out and look at it, then referring me to the City, and then charging me for their time/truck-roll (while prolonging the entire thing for me). Knock You Out is not cold and unscrupulous. By spending time with me on the phone, but doing no work here and making nothing from it, they proved themselves to be honest and decent people.
