After that damage is repaired, Zach will return to put plumbing back in order, including replacing faucets which had to be cut out to allow removal of granite countertop, reconnect water lines and possibly reinstall a new Reverse Osmosis system since the old one had to be removed. "Replacement was urged by technician after routine inspection of heating system. Water heater wasn't part of the service but, tech checked it anyway. Nice enough of him to do that. After showing me his concern (legitimate) I asked for a quote to replace. Outrageously expensive considering cost of materials. Later learned techs are incentivized to sell service and parts. Dropped them as my go to plumbing and heating guys. Water heater still working 3years after urgent replacement was quoted"
