"Hired STL D&B to replace a failing, old deck. New deck was built perfectly and beautifully but there was an issue with the manufacture of the composite. Once informed of the issue STL D&B went above and beyond to contact manufacturer and get us new composite and re-deck. Becky (Deck Team Lead) is very polite and amazing, making sure we were informed at every step of the build. Aaron and Brandon (Deck Build Team) are, hands down, the BEST build team, making sure everything was perfect and taking time to get my input on their ideas for the build. Rob (Sales) is just an all-around great guy, not your typical "pushy sales bro", he took the time to listen to what we wanted and offered up solutions and recommendations to fit our vision.
