"I Asked Angie's List for help in finding a provider that could replace 4 damaged kitchen tiles.  They provided me 3 names and after reviewing reports I decided to try Tub Company.  I sent email with pics of the tile and in a day or two received a call from Jeff, the owner.  I explained I had replacement tiles and original grout. He asked a few questions but felt the pics provided enough info to give a bid over the phone.  I agreed and we set up an appointment.  Eli showed up.  He was very professional and courteous.  He did state the repair would kick up a lot of dust as grout would have to be cut with grinder.  Jeff had already alerted me to that over the phone.  Importantly I did express my concern about limiting the dust as best as possible.  Eli really did do a good job of sealing off the area as best as he could with plastic.  He also covered the kitchen cabinets, opened window and placed a fan in it to draw as much as possible outside.  He also used a grinder that had some sort of vacuum to draw as much of the dust as he could. Eli replaced three of the tiles and was able to patch a small chip in one tile so it did not need replacing, thereby saving me one of the few replacement tiles I had left in case I need a future repair.  Can't tell where chip was.  Good match. He set the tile and then let it sit overnight to get a good seal.  He then came back next morning and grouted.
I can't believe how much better the flooring looks in the kitchen.  I guess we just tolerated the cracked tiles and got used to it. My wife and I are very pleased with the job Tub Company did.

"Hired Jason to come a couple of days prior to the removal of old and installation of new kitchen countertop. Kitchen cabinet was an appliance garage that interfered with countertop installation. Countertop installers would not touch cabinets due to liability issues. I spoke to Jason on the phone and explained what I needed done and the timing of it. Jason scheduled a couple days prior to countertop install to remove the cabinets and scheduled the day after to reinstall the cabinets. Jason showed up on-time both days to do the job. However, because of the difference in thickness between the old and new countertops there were gaps at the bottom and sides of the cabinet. Since my wife didn't really want the bottom part of the cabinet (appliance garage) anyway, I ask Jason if it was possible to cut off the bottom and make it match up with the other cabinets so I didn't have to buy all new cabinets. He said he could easily do it and it would look nice and line up with the other cabinets and we would not know that the bottom was cut off. He needed to come back another day with the proper tools and saw. I agreed and he rescheduled to come back. He arrived again on-time and started modifying the cabinet and reinstall it. When he was done it looked great. More importantly, when my wife returned from work that evening and saw the completed work she was so excited how nice it all looked. So great job Jason and thanks!"

"Signature was wonderful to work with.  We originally visited with them about a year ago to develop a plan to update our dated kitchen in our City home.  Paula was very helpful and patient in helping us develop our plan.  To soften the financial hit, we decided to split up the purchase of appliances from the counter top and backs plash upgrade, she understood.  A year later, we came back to them and Paula helped us re-imagine our plan and go in a new direction.  The new look is great.
Demolition and installation were a breeze.  Jon came out and quickly took out the old counter tops and came back for the tile installation.  He was great... very clean, very professional and answered all our questions.
We'd definitely approach them again for our next project.
