Get matched with top water heater repair or service pros in Oak Harbor, WA

"Excellent experience with Jacob and Blaine from Seatown. They piped a gas line over to the tankless water heater and installed the heater. They removed the old heater and cleaned up the area. The quality of the work was very high. Both Jacob and Blaine were very personable and polite. We have already booked Seatown to upgrade our electrical panel and replace our old knob and tube wiring and sockets. Highly recommend Seatown."

"Same service, located problem and repaired. Will definitely use this company again ."

"Marshal responded quickly to our request and repaired our ventilation the same day he came out to diagnose the issue. No guesswork or hidden costs. Very friendly and very efficient!"

"From the free bid, to the actual install, I couldn't have asked for a more professional team - including the girls in the office (who were always friendly and kind). This is an A+ operation and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a repair or installation."

"Work was done quickly and professionally. Were very careful to collect and/or cleanup any water drips. Had to cut wall board in laundry room to repair hose bib. Removed as small a piece as possible and replaced when finished."

"From the staff I spoke with over the phone to the technician that came, the experience was excellent and trusting. I had a difficult time trying to find the right company that was familiar with my water heater model, I was reassured that Washington Water Heaters had several technicians that knew my water heater model. I had contacted at least 7 vendors, in which 3 responded; however, Washington Water Heaters was the only company that sent someone out that actually looked at and diagnosed my problem. A temporary fixed was completed on arrival and a follow-up a few days later with a new parts. I felt that the service and follow-up from the technician to the staff over the phone was superb! Thanks."

"The Seatown team did a great job. I got quotes from 3 different recommended plumbing services, but the Seatown guys were the only ones who recognized we would need to upgrade our gas meter. They did a great job explaining how to get this scheduled with PSE. The estimate Seatown gave was on par with some of the other plumbers, so we went with them. They sent 2 service people to come and install the tankless and the guys were just excellent. I expressed concern about mounting the water heater on the beams in our basement because Our house is so old, so they came up with a better solution. They built a small wall frame to mount the water heater. No extra cost. When they found there was no outlet wired near the heater they were able to get an electrician from Seatown to come out and wire one up while they worked on the water heater install. Seatown aldo had a good scheduling method, sent text reminders the day they were coming to do the work with a photo of the person who was coming and a short set of info about the person. It was a nice touch, and a thoughtful safety measure. They did a great job with the install which took several hours. I’d definitely hire them again."

"All services completed satisfactorily and on time."

"Fabulous service, prompt and fixed the problem for very reasonable price. Definitely will hire again for all plumbing needs!"

"We had Washington Energy Service install a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater when we purchased our home in 2016. We were impressed with the presentation made by their representative prior to our purchase compared to other representatives with whom we spoke. Because we wanted to be insured, we purchased an extended warranty. We're really glad we did! We have had the system serviced annually, but this year an extensive leak developed that damaged the interior of our home and caused black mold. We initially notified our insurance company but then decided we should notify Washington Energy Service as well. The decontamination had begun, but the damage was evident. The Washington Energy Service representative was so very helpful and understanding. He immediately determined what needed to be done to correct the problem and within two days had a team to our home to complete the repair. We appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, honesty and rapid response with which Washington Energy Service treated us and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a good local company.
