"Frank did an amazing job during our plumbing crisis. Our basement sewage ejector pump had burned out, causing a backup of waste. Frank and his brother heroically cleared out the waste and replaced the pump with a model better suited for the job. They were quick, friendly, and transparent through the entire process and their pricing is fair and straightforward. I definitely recommend calling Frank and SewerServ for any plumbing needs."

Aside from getting to my house THE DAY OF SERVICE, they were far more professional and reasonable than the four other quotes I received from competitors. Jaime and his crew worked through the weekend on a tight deadline to make sure my sewer was finished. They navigated the city permitting and had my household operational in no time. There was no pressure and zero upselling of unneeded products. I’m looking forward to having them back annually to have my sewer scoped and rodded. "12-18-24. Great service work by Dave and Mike (?). Friendly professional guys. Knowledgeable of repairs needed. Installed new faucet in main bathroom; power-rodded slow water drain in bathtub; replaced pvc P-trap and angle stops piping underneath bathroom sink that was corroded and leaking. Neat and tidy cleanup afterwards. Average pricing. Great job! Will use this service company again."
