"Jim was professional and punctual and gave us an honest and detailed assessment of the attic mold problem.  Mold was found by our home inspector prior to listing the house for sale.  The problem was small and well contained but required cleaning and encapsulation.  Structure Dry did the work for a very reasonable cost, they used top-quality products, they were very clean in our house's living areas, and they provided a full transferable warranty, which was very important for our sale transaction.  Later, when questions arose, Jim came back for another visual inspection of an additional area of concern, documented his opinions for us, provided suggestions for cleaning products, then even provided a small free supply of the expensive mold encapsulant to be used in case the new owners required!  We had a very positive experience and we would recommend highly!
