"Able Sewer and Drain sent Alex out the same day as the call, saying they were sure he could do fix our problems for an hourly fee, and would not need to replace any pipes. He cleared both blockages with one effort: He carried the very heavy "rooter" machine up a ladder to the roof, and sent it down through an venting pipe, having figured out that both the sink and washer drain were on the same line. Charge: one hour's service! He saved us over $2000 over the RR bid."

"Had a gas line run to our kitchen. Great service and fast response time to any questions before work began. Much better quote than what was given from a big plumbing service company with a much less intrusive line routing plan."

"We had a larger than usual water bill show up, so we knew we had a leak.   Brian came out promptly and diagnosed the problem.  He clearly explained our options and costs for locating and repairing the leak versus replacing the whole line.  Due to the age of the pipe,  we opted to replace the whole length.
He also recommended that we get a water sensor alarm for our aging hot water heater to detect a leak early on.
The job was completed on schedule; they obtained the necessary permit for us and covered the trench promptly after it was inspected.

"Jason was Amazing, friendly, professional, thorough, thoughtful & did a great job explaining his mission. We love a technician that thoroughly does his job & cleans up after himself too. I would recommend Zoom Drain to anyone needing drain service. Mr. & Mrs. Cathey, High Point, NC"

"Called on a Monday evening because the sewer was backing up into basement shower. They came out same day to try to resolve. They had all the experience and equipment needed to locate and address a root blockage 200+ feet from the only clean out. They added two new clean outs to the line to help resolve any future issues that may arise. The work was done quickly and professionally. The total cost of all the work they had to do came in way lower than I had feared. Through the whole process, they were kind, courteous, punctual, and overall pleasant to work with. I would absolutely recommend The Plumbing Firm to anyone in need of quality plumbing work."
