"I really don’t leave much in line of reviews but felt this warranted one. We contacted Tim of 3 Nails Grace and he came out promptly and took necessary time to listen to needs and wants. He gave good advice along with suggestions for us to think about. He then worked out a cost estimate and received it quickly. We had a budget we needed or wanted to stay in as put out a lot of money prior. We accepted the quote and the crew showed up about a week ahead of schedule which was fantastic. Once they began their no. It went quickly and the crew did a wonderful job. They came out a couple times as needed to recheck where some bugs were coming in without any issues and recheck a couple things. We ca. it say enough about Tim and his crew just a great bunch of men doing a great job and staying in budget. We will use them again and Highly recommend them to anyone who needs some work done. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had Advance perform an annual inspection and maintenance on our A/C unit. They did a good job cleaning and servicing the unit. What really got them an A-grade however is that while they were at our house to service our main unit for the upstairs, we mentioned that our other A/C unit, which supplies the downstairs, hadn't been working for awhile. They took it upon themselves, free of charge, to look at the other unit and they were able to get it going again. They even went as far as servicing the other unit. Again, without charging us an additional charge."

"We contacted Mr. Coffee to instal a radon system in our new house. I don't think any one else will work harder to get a radon system right than Mr Coffee and Covenant Air. He was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and giving us options on how to accomplish this. He will go above and beyond to get your house safe. It did take more than one visit to get the system right. After the initial install he came back and upgraded the vent fan to help lower the radon level at no cost to us. He then came back to seal up my cold air return so that my house wouldn't pull air in from the crawlspace. He was very professional in all of his dealings. Sometimes he might overstretch himself and will be a little tardy but when he is working at your house, he works hard the whole time. His goal is to make your house safe for you and your family. I would strongly recommend Covenant Air.
