Get matched with top drain line breakage camera locaters in Oakboro, NC

"Dustin did a fantastic job! He clearly explained the entire process to us so that we knew exactly what to expect. Even though he was working alone, he got the lines pulled and valves replaced much faster than I expected. He was very polite and considerate of our home, and left the work areas clean. We are very glad that this project was completed so quickly and was so well done."

"Awesome!! They explained every step to keep me informed. They took the time to show me the camera that they put down the drain so I could see what was causing the issue. There are lots of companies to choose but I would choose them again as the customer service was A+ as well as the work performed!! Thank you guys as I can call myself a Wyatt Works Customer for life!!!!"

"I called on 3/6/11 about 3 pm and they were there the next morning at 11:00. Two guys came out, unclogged the toilet drain line, tightened the bolts to sink bracket, repaired toilet handle and installed a new toilet seat. The workers were very polite and professional. They cleaned their mess when finished. In fact the bathroom looked better when they finished than when they started. I was very pleased with their work. I will gladly use their services again

"Very professional, diagnosed and treated the clogged drain immediately, left with recommending information on how to keep drains clear."

"Rick was excellent. Our water heater died during a cold snap in January. We called another plumber, he tried to revive our old Navien water heater that was located outdoors, but it was beyond repair. The other plumber gave us an estimate to install a new water heater in our garage. It was way too expensive. We called McCoy, and he gave us a very reasonable estimate, given that the gas line had to be extended from one side of the house to the other. Rick listened to our concerns and objectives, and provided what we wanted. Josh and Taylor showed up and worked quickly and efficiently, and it was a long day at that. The new water heater is working very well, and we hope to have no problems during future cold snaps. The new water heater is a recirculating model and we have the wired remote located in the house. This configuration works very well for us."

"Yes he’s amazing very knowledgeable and friendly. Came in unclogged the drain and replaced our toilet 10/10 would recommend"

"Amazing service. Extremely Fair price. 100% Recommend. My husband and I moved to North Carolina three months ago and have no home repair service connections in the area. I called at 5:45pm expecting to get an answering machine but James answered. I told him that our sewer had backed up into our shower and that this was the third time in the past six weeks it had happened. The other two times my husband and I were able to fix it but this time I was sick of fixing it. I told James if he could come out next day I would greatly appreciate it.  He asked me where I was located and then said that it was right on his way home and he and John (employee) would be out in less than 25 minutes. He got my loyalty right there. It was 5:45pm and he had been working all day and could have easily came the next day but instead he said, ?We?ll be right there.? James and John were at my house in 20 minutes and within 5 minutes of walking around my home and seeing the issue James diagnose the problem. He and John rodded our main sewer line. Due to all of the rain the city line had actually backed up into our main line. James said that it was on the city and not our problem. We needed to have the city come out with a bigger machine and unclog the city line.  Just to be 100% sure and also to help us out he rodded about 50 feet into the main city line. Unfortunately, the line was so backed up that it didn?t do anything to change the water levels. James didn?t need to do the additional rodding into the main city line he could have stopped right after our main line but that is the exceptional service you get with Gentile Plumbing. As I said before I 100% recommend them, no need to look any further, call James.

"Contacted Imperial Stone to get a price on remodeling our bathroom vanity tops (cultured marble), making a bar top and relocating a piece of granite to an upstairs location.  Sam was very professional and came out and sized our job and quoted the price.  We went to the shop and picked out the granite and finalized the details.  About a week later Sam and crew came and delivered the tops and bar.  They removed our old counter tops and our old mirrors and installed the new tops and sinks.  Everything went into place just great.  They had to carry the bar top around the house to get it in the basement where our bar is.  Again that we done very well and our new tops are beautiful.  We saved a piece counter top from our old kitchen to put on a small study area upstairs.  The guys took the piece upstairs and placed it.  It was a bit shorter than I expected, so I had them make a back splash to go around the edges.  I picked up those pieces in about a week and they looked great and fit perfectly.  I would not hesitate to call Sam and Imperial Stone for any future work.  They are great to work with, explained every detail carefully and were just a pleasure to work with.  Sam followed up this week to make sure everything was okay with our tops.
