"I was smelling a burning smell coming from my engine, so I called Elite (we've been customers for about 6 years). They said their schedule was packed that day and the next, but they would fit me in where they could. They under-promised and over-delivered! They were able to take care of my car that same morning - it was finished within a couple of hours of me dropping it off! Turns out when I added oil to my car a couple of days before, I forgot to put the oil cap back on and the oil splashed all over the engine and the cap melted onto the engine (oops!). In addition to the great customer service and outstanding work, they are also great at explaining what the problem is with your car, but not making you feel dumb. As a woman, I appreciate that. They could've made me feel really silly for my mistake, but they didn't - they approached it like any other car problem. I have so many great stories about Elite - they are just fantastic. Ray came in and did a wonderful job installing the new boiler, getting the inspection and helping me fill out paper for my heat loan and rebate. He took the time to research the appliance models/specifications I had given, ensuring smooth installations, unlike the electricians who botched up because they didn't bother understanding the specific kinks of what they were installing--in this case, semi-professional kitchen appliances.
