"Efficient and professional service. Nice guys. Talked me thru the options and pointed out where items were required versus items that were nice to have."

"Great! Owner was the one providing service - prompt arrival, quick getting the appointment (next day; I wasn't in a rush). Took care of the problem quickly and at very reasonable price. I've had this work done by another firm (rhymes with Toto Tooters) about 8 years ago and this was nearly half the cost!"

"Immediately upon arrival, the technician was totally professional introducing self and communicating in the most polite manner possible. The technician fully explained the tasks he would be performing and during each step if there were any questions and/or concerns. He answered all questions posed to him. The technician demonstrated an exemplary work ethic and suggested options for consideration for the systems to perform more efficiently and he followed up with the options agreed to. He demonstrated a dedication to the business name and cleaned up all areas he performed his services throughout the house. He was constantly working and would fully advise the next step he would be performing. Upon completion of the services, the technician provided photos of the work areas both prior and subsequent to the services performed. The technician went the extra mile to ensure that there was a satisfied customer. Prior to requesting the services from this business I made inquiries to determine the best professional and quality business for the services I needed and all my inquiries resulted in this business. I strongly recommend this business for this type of method."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The service was awesome and they were great."

"I needed 2 dryer vents cleaned - one on the 2nd floor and a vent cap replaced (also on the 2nd floor). All the companies I initially contacted would not do the job for a variety of reason. Superior did all the work I needed plus replaced the dryer hose on one unit (which we had not discussed). Additionally, I had purchased a vent cap but it did not fit. Superior had one on the truck which did fit and they got the job done! Excellent service!"

"Great competent service. Answered questions. Would hire again. Polite. Great price."

"Chimney Chap service was excellent. The price with Angie's List promo deal was the best around. They called the next day to schedule the appointment at a convenient time. The person who performed the work, Jim, arrived around the time window they provided, with a little adjustment for the heavy rush hour traffic in the morning, and called ahead to notify of his ETA.  Jim was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work.  He provided very helpful information, described some issues with the chimney and the firebox, provided recommendations and good explanations of everything.
He took the time to do the fireplace measurements to provide the quotes for an insert, and some other related work.  They take thorough notes and pictures, document any relevant issues, and provide a follow up report with notations after the service.  The back office is very responsive and stays on top of things, even during their busiest time of the season.
Top notch company, highly organized and efficient, great service, great people doing very good work, good communication.

"Our Cambridge-based plumbers recommended Trimarchi Electrical. It was a fairly massive project that another electrician walked away from, but Mike took all the extra complications in stride. He's happy to explain what he's doing and why he's doing it, which I really appreciate. I've used 4 electricians in the last two years and Mike is the only one I want to come back. FYI, he also does small projects, like moving a switch or adding an outlet."
