A few hours after he installed the new water heater, I noticed a minor problem, texted Mr. Hrnandez, and he was at my house an hour later, at 9:00 pm, to fix it. I have had many craftsmen work on my house over the years. It's usually pretty frustrating and aggravating. When there was a problem after other jobs, most of them told me my house was defective, admitted that the problem was their fault but refused to fix it, claimed that I did not understand the situation, or just stopped responding to my communications.
