I appreciated their service, but I am somewhat disappointed that they dangle a $119 service charge out there for something I know is a 10 minute fix and then when the repair guy gets to my house before he starts working he tells me that the charge to repair my washing machine is going to be $250. They sure did not tell me that over the phone when I called them and I told them exactly what was wrong so they could have told me that over the phone. It seems like all the appliance repair places use this tactic now, which isn't very fair to the consumer."
