He was not the lowest bidder, but he came up with a detailed plan for waterproofing the basement and encapsulating the crawl space in the basement of my home. His plan included the downspouts on the home, a sump pump, 2 catchment basins and a water egress path to the street. They looked at the job on Thursday, and scheduled the work to begin on Saturday. The crew showed up at 9AM, and worked until 7 PM, and when they left, they assured me that the basement would not flood from a heavy rain. They returned on Monday, worked another four hours and completed the project. I have to wait for another rainstorm the verify the work, but I am confident the work will hold up.
