He was extremely thorough and did a complete walkthrough of our home and gave me a detailed history on how mold gets in homes and what needs to be done to have it removed. We felt good about our initial inspection and set up a time to have the process to remove the mold. "The job was done correctly and in timely manner. Customer Service was good on followup to ensure I had the assurance I needed on the mold removal project I had them do. My only concern is that I talked to three diferent people and received a different understanding on what was being done and when. Also there was a miss understanding what I needed to have replaced to ensure the mold did not return. I am now trying to get a price on both supply boxes from my HVAC person to compare with Pure. Depending on what the costs will be I will decide whether to have Pure install or my HVAC company."
