"This is the third time that Municipal Services has done work for me. The first time was in 2010 when they raised the tees and performed some other sewer work that needed to be done. In 2011, I had the basement waterproofed and have had no water or moisture in the basement until the flood of July 20, 2013. This was due to sewer backup which resulted in 6-8 inches of water in the basement. So I decided to have a backflow preventer put in. I watched everything that they did. "I called Mark from Angie's list recommendation.  He answered the phone and said he could come the same day to give me an estimate.  He said he could complete the job in one day and the price would be $450 for 3 rooms. 
It took me 12 hours to clean walls, patch holes and paint 1 room(without doing baseboards).  Mark and his assistant  Adam did 3 rooms and  baseboards in 7 1/2 hours.  I couldn't believe it.  He also did the baseboards in the room that I painted at no additional charge. 
Mark and Adam were very friendly and extremely polite.  They worked diligently and professionally and only took a 15 min. break.

He suggested that I replace the walls with an open railing porch, which was a huge cost savings. After I gave him a deposit, he came with his crew the following week and completed the tear-down and build in less than a day.
